Mechanically in perfect condition! Bottom gauge works as expected, I believe the top gauges need batteries because i can’t figure out how to get them to work. Has some tiny specs of rust on the fender along with minor paint scuffs here and there from normal use. (can send pics upon request). Please see photos for detailed condition.
